Justice for Michael Jackson

Hi, thanks everybody for your great support, we reached many signatures, but we need much more!

Anyway, we created another initiative on FB, called "A song for Michael Jackson", in which we thought to create a song dedicated to Michael to collect many founds to give to all Charity Associatons that he supported in his life. If you want to collaborate to this project, send us your ideas in the comments box, through our email mjjfanclub@gmail.com, or request the authorization to participate to our group on fb (it's italian though, sorry)...

For now we have a text, and some musical demos, but send us your ideas! Thanks!

We're asking to everyone who loves Michael Jackson, to join this petition to rehabilitate his memory,unfairly stained by false allegations and lies. The people who lied about Michael, (like Evan Chandler, or Arvizo's family)damaging his reputation,should be called to answer for their acts in court or in public, in front of everyone.

We want Media (press, tabloids, tv show) to stop telling lies about him, and to make a public statement,where they apologize to everybody and tell the truth about the real Michael, about the disease Vitiligo,about the real person who was, humanitarian, philanthropist and INNOCENT.

We only want justice for Michael, we're asking the US Congress to open a public case to make the truth speaks out,to rehabilitate the reputation of this great man, that has donated thousands of dollars in charity's foundations to help people,and has done so much to all of us through his music and his teaching.

PETIZIONE: GIUSTIZA PER MICHAEL CHI HA MENTITO DEVE PAGARE

Chiediamo a tutti quelli che amano Michael, di unirsi a questa petizione per riabilitare la sua memoria ingiustamente macchiata da false accuse e bugie. Queste persone che hanno mentito su Michael (Evan Chandler e la famiglia Arvizo) dovrebbero rispondere dei loro atti in tribunale o in pubblico. Noi vogliamo che I media (stampa, tabloid, programmi tv) smettano di dire bugie sul suo conto, e che facciano una dichiarazione pubblica in cui chiedono SCUSA dicendo tutta la verità su Michael, a proposito della vitiligine e sulla vera persona che era, umanitaria, filantropa e innocente.

Noi vogliamo solo giustizia per Michael, chiediamo al Congresso degli Stati Uniti di aprire un caso pubblico per far emergere la verità su Michael, per riabilitare la reputazione di questo grande uomo, che ha donato milioni di dollari in beneficienza e che ha fatto così tanto per noi, attraverso la sua musica e i suoi insegnamenti.

WE DONT' WANT REVENGE, WE JUST WANT THE TRUTH!

We want to clarify that we don't want REVENGE for who lied, all we want is that they retract their accusations in public, and let the truth come out. We're going to support and understand them, to make them tell the truth and retract, we don't hate them or want to lynch them...Below there's a modify that we would like to put in our petition, but we can't change it in the main petition's site because it's not allowed to change a petition after it's been written. "We’re asking everyone who admires Michael Jackson to sign this petition to re-establish his reputation—unfairly stained by false allegations and lies—as the innocent man that he was. We want reporting about him to be balanced by the facts of his deep charity and countless humanitarian acts.

We call for full vindication of Michael Jackson BY MAINSTREAM MEDIA. Media play a huge role in our lives. Television, radio, the Internet, movies, books and newspapers inform and influence our ideas, opinions, values and beliefs. They shape our understanding of the world and give us the information we need to hold our leaders accountable and otherwise stay informed. But our media system is failing. To a high degree, mainstream media has gone tabloid and is very destructive to many people's lives.

Michael was acquitted by a jury in 2005, but that's not good enough. For the sake of Michael's children, and for the well being of society, mainstream media must become more responsible. Despite being acquitted, many people still believe Michael was guilty. They were influenced to believe the allegations by an out-of-control and biased mainstream media that failed to report the evidence fairly and in an unbiased manner. This was wrong and continues to be wrong.

This petition is NOT about vilifying the boys who falsely accused Michael of these crimes. They were kids who were easily manipulated by their parents. Our official position is that no matter how egregious the parents' actions were, these two children (now young adults) may still love the only parents they have. Jordan, especially, was a pawn whom Michael defended in an interview. Michael said he "knew the child's (Jordan) heart" and he would never have done this on his own. Our hope is that Jordan and Gavin will summon the strength to come forward and vindicate their good friend, Michael, who loved them. We who admire Michael Jackson all need to gather around Jordan and Gavin and make them realize we support them so they can retract".

NOI NON VOGLIAMO VENDETTA, VOGLIAMO SOLO LA VERITA’!!

Noi vogliamo chiarire che non vogliamo vendetta per chi ha mentito, tutto quello che vogliamo con questa petizione, è che loro ritrattino le loro accuse in pubblico, per far emergere la verità. Noi li supporteremo e capiremo, per fargli dire la verità e ritrattare noi non li odiamo, né vogliamo esporli ad un linciaggio. Sotto c’è una modifica che vorremmo inserire nella petizione, ma purtroppo non possiamo cambiarla, perché una volta scritta la petizione non permettono di appore dei cambiamenti al testo. Comunque postiamo qui la MODIFICA, per far capire meglio il nostro obiettivo.

Noi chiediamo la completa difesa di Michael Jackson dai MEDIA TRADIZIONALI. I media giocano un ruolo grandissimo nelle nostre vite. Televisione, radio, film, libri, giornali, informano e influenzano le nostre idee, opinion, valori e credenze. Loro modellano la nostra conoscenza del mondo e ci danno informazioni di cui abbiamo bisogno per scegliere i nostri leader responsabili e per restare informati. Ma il nostro sistema dei media sta crollando.  Ad un alto livello, i media sono sottoforma di tabloid e sono molti distruttivi nelle vite degli altri.
Michael è stato assolto da una giuria nel 2005, ma per loro non è abbastanza. Per il bene dei bambini di Michael, e per quello della società, i media tradizionali devono diventare più responsabili. Nonostante fosse stato assolto, ancora in molti credono che Michael fosse colpevole. Loro sono stati influenzati a credere alle accuse dai media pregiudiziali e incontrollati, che non hanno riportato le prove in modo giusto, ma in una modo parziale. Questo è sbagliato e continua ad essere sbagliato.

Questa petizione non è per diffamare I ragazzi che hanno falsamente accusato Michael di quei crimini. Loro erano dei ragazzi che sono stati facilmente manipolati dai loro genitori. La nostra posizione ufficiale è che non importa quello che abbiano fatto i genitori, questi due ragazzi (ora giovani adulti) possano ancora amare i loro genitori. Jordan specialmente, era una pedina, e Michael l’ha difeso in un’intervista. Michael ha detto che conosceva il cuore di Jordan, e lui non avrebbe mai fatto tutto questo da solo. La nostra speranza è che Gavin e Jordan, trovino la forza per farsi avanti e difendere il loro amico Michael Jackson. Tutti noi che ammiriamo Michael Jackson, dobbiamo riunirci attorno a questi due ragazzi per far capire loro che li sosteniamo, per farli ritrattare.
